Most flat-rate website builds launch in about four weeks after kickoff, provided content, images, and feedback arrive on schedule. Larger platforms or custom systems can take longer based on scope.
After final payment, you own the completed website design, content, page structure, and project files, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, and FergusonHQ internal process materials.
Yes. Every website needs hosting to stay online. You can use a FergusonHQ hosting or care plan, or transfer the site to your own hosting account.

Yes. Contact, quote, and consultation forms send instant lead alerts to your inbox. Advanced builds add inquiry routing, pricing calculators, customer workflows, and CRM integration.
Every build includes a clean SEO foundation: fast structure, mobile optimization, metadata, and search-friendly content. Larger builds can add local competitor research, service-page strategy, and Google Search and map visibility work.
Carrier charges for texts and call minutes are billed separately based on your actual usage. They're typically a small fraction of a cent to a few cents per message or minute, so a modest monthly balance covers a lot of conversations.
Custom builds are a one-time flat project fee based on pages, calculators, and SEO scope. A deposit starts design, and the remaining balance is set by your final scope and due at launch. Core Essentials is a fixed price; the larger tiers start from the price shown and are quoted to scope. Payment plans are available.
No. The monthly growth retainer is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
